Interpretation Services

From 5 January 2015 all interpretation will be in the practice will be undertaken by  telephone rather than face-to-face as some of you may be used to.

Patients requiring interpretation services are still encouraged to bring a relative or a friend along to provide face-to-face interpretation should this be an option.

If it is not, when you call to make an appointment, please state that you will need a telephone interpreter at the start of the conversation.
