Repeat Medication 

Whenever possible, please order online using the prescriptions tab on this website, or hand in or post your repeat prescription slip. 

Please allow at least 3 working days from ordering to collecting your medication.

We are delighted to have Medical students, Junior Doctors, and Registrars, working alongside the GP’s in the Practice.

New Patient Registration

keyboardstethTo register with our Practice please telephone or speak to the receptionist and she will give you a registration form and a simple medical questionnaire to complete.

Please bring some form of identification, ideally photographic when you register to ensure that we get the correct medical records.

Can you then please make an appointment for a new patient medical check. Patients are welcome to consult with the doctor of their choice.
