Temporary Residents
You will be treated for your immediate needs and advised to return to your regular practice for follow up and continued care, advice and support.
For those who already live in Scotland, replacing a prescription for repeat medication (which would be non-urgent care), is not a reason for seeking temporary registration with the practice.
The safest and quickest way for patients to get access to their necessary prescribed medicines will almost always be through your own home GP and community pharmacy.
You cannot register with the practice as a temporary resident unless you need treatment.
